Summary
I printed this in PLA. Inserted and glued an 8 mm bolt as a shaft, this will be more durable than a printed shaft. I assume this is an old Ikea blind of something similar to Fridans. The roller tube inner diameter is 21.8 mm. OpenScad file included.
