Resized this "Halfling" Druid according to Specs.

Halflings are less than 3' which is right around 14mm.

I also Designed a Base in Fusion 360.

Base 26mm (1") Diameter based on D&D 5e Specs.
Base is 3mm tall with a 1mm Fillet to curve the corner.

I'll be uploading the base separately for anyone needing it for other mini's, WIll probably include a few based on Specs.
