Summary
X axis started to squeak due to yet another bad Tevo idler.
Goal was to replace it with a single 608 Bearing
I have 608 2RS' on hand and using this:

I now have an idler that is not junk.
Requires a M5 Screw, M5 washers as spacers, and a lock washer to attach the idler
