I originally printed silyman1's Voltron lion head and then compared it to the green lion head that I have and noticed the scale was off and there were some issues where it wouldn't stay snapped into the lion arm. I took measurements of my green lion head with a caliper. I then combined the head and upper jaw into one piece since I don't have multiple colors of filament and might paint it at some point. I then tried to clean up some of the weird random edges in Blender and then upscaled it closer to the measurements of the green lion head. This resulted in a lion head that is much closer in scale to the original. It still has some flaws, but I'm happier with the results. For an added bonus, if you trim the tail piece a little with an exacto knife, it stays connected to the lion body and shoots out similar to the original head.

I used PLA+ because it is what I had on hand, but regular PLA should work fine. I printed all pieces at .1 mm resolution, but .2mm will work as well if you want a quicker print.

Main Head:
I printed the main head with supports and without a brim. Removing the supports without breaking the teeth is a bit up a pain which is why I used a high infill, but could be printed at a lower infill.

Lower Jaw and Jaw Pin:
The lower jaw and jaw pin were printed without supports and with a brim.
