Notes:
5 Walls (Shells) - at least a 5mm brim to stay upright - supports because of the overhang.
I created this stem as an exercise for learning the LOFT function and actually creating a working part that fit one of my pipes. Works just fine.
As saved:
Tenon draft bore: 5mm
Tenon diameter: 10mm
Stem outer diameter: 21.5mm
Lip (Tip) height: 7mm
Length: 70mm
-approx 82mm with tenon
I have included the Fusion 360 design files so you can adjust it as needed, as it is parametric. (Just adjust the dimension values).
Print upright at what ever resolution you desire. Then sand the heck out of it. Finish up with super fine grit. You want this as smooth as possible. Have not tried to polish it or use wax either.
The photos show it on a square (diamond) shank, even though it is round. The dimensions came from the pipe, but I have yet to loft a square shape yet.
