Keep your fitted sheets from popping loose! This updated corner holder slides under the mattress and locks your sheet tight — no straps, no clips, no fuss. Includes a new PLA-tuned base with +0.1 mm clearance for perfect fitment and gallery pictures showing minimal-support print orientation.

🧩 How It Works

The main base slides under the corner of your mattress, between the sheet and the mattress.
The locking key clips on the outside, securing the sheet firmly in place.
No straps, hooks, or constant readjustments — just solid corner retention.

🛠️ Design Notes

NEW: Added Sheet Holder Base-PLA.stl with +0.1 mm clearance for easier fitment when printing in PLA.
Use this if your standard base feels too snug or you prefer a smoother fit.
V2 side holder updated with extra clearance and a beveled edge for easier key insertion.
Dovetail joints provide strong interlocking and minimal support requirements.
Only the vertical sides need a small amount of support; the rest of the model prints flat.
Prints cleanly with a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers, and 100 % infill for durability.
Tested and proven with ABS for strength and flexibility.

I also uploaded two small test fit files — Sheet_Holder_Base-PLA-test.stl and Sheet-Holder-Side-test.stl.
These are just short sample sections of the base and side dovetail joint, made so you can quickly print and check the fit and slide tolerance before committing to the full parts.
Perfect if you’re printing in PLA (or any material with tighter dimensional accuracy) and want to confirm the dovetail fit first.

Once you’re happy with the fit, you can go ahead and print the full versions with confidence.

⚙️ Print Tips

Avoid heavy first-layer squish (“elephant’s foot”) on dovetail surfaces.
PETG and ABS typically slide easier than PLA, but the new base resolves most PLA tightness issues.
Gallery now includes pictures showing the correct print orientation for minimal supports — about 6 g total support when done right.
