This is a customizer version of the excellent "Flexible reusable cable tie" by 3DP_freiberg.

This is for use with flexible filament such as TPU. Do not print with PLA, it won't work.

Click on "Open in Customizer" at the top of the page, or do it in OpenSCAD. Since the Thingiverse customizer has be broken for quite some time, you should probably just download the .SCAD file and customize in OpenSCAD. Pick your own length, size, and features for this versatile cable tie, customizable with 20 parameters.

• Pick your own length and bump style, make it easy to open or harder
• Double slot allows for cable tie to be attached to the end of a cable as well as bundling it, so it stays on when you unbundle the cable.
• Mounting hole parameters allow you to secure your cable tie with a screw, attach it to a hook, or just give you a better grip on it.
• Double tie option lets you strap two things together easily

I attached a few of my favorite STLs of these cable ties. Below is the max circumference each will wrap and lock:

• 12-bump: 68mm
• 20-bump: 106mm
• Heavy-duty 20-bump: 150mm

TPU is challenging to print until you get your settings tuned in. This is what works great for me using Overture TPU filament on an Ender v2:

• Flow: 130%
• Print speed: 20 mm/s
• Retraction OFF
• Extruder temp: 230°C
• Bed temp: 50°C
