Here are three multicolored pendants. They are constructed using bases containing recesses. Hexagons, squares, triangles, and rhombs are glued into the recesses. Different colors can be used to make attractive pendants.

Three bases and four sets of inserts are provided:

base_01.stl, base_02.stl, base_03.stl, hexagons.stl, squares.stl, triangles.stl, and rhombs.stl.

OpenSCAD code is included. It can be used to construct examples of many of the tilings described on the web site.

The bases and inserts are all best printed directly on the build platform.

The inserts are smaller than the recesses and should fit without difficulty. I use a q-tip and acetone to glue the inserts to the base. A very small amount of acetone, or other adhesive, can be placed in the center of the recess and the insert pressed into place.

The pendants can be glued back to back to serve as Christmas ornaments.
