After trying a fan already here in the database which performed not to my liking I decided to design my own.
I don't know if it is 100% compatible with snap circuit because we seem to have a clone product but the measurements for the center hub seem to be accurate.

I used blades as thin as possible with 30° angle of attack and made the hub also hollow for minimal weight and air resistance.

I highly recommend printing in 0.1 or similar resolution to get a smooth surface.
It prints fine without support.
