Pictured in the photos is a print by Shapeways, laser sintered in their experimental material Elasto Plastic. As the material has less flex than I expected when making the design, the result is quite rigid, i.e. not sponge like at all. Detail came out fine.

I wonder how the sponge prints in NinjaFlex.

Print in flexible material.

To adjust pore density use the provided Grasshopper algorithm.
