Unfortunately I keep breaking the teeth off in my pocket so I designed my own in solidworks with a swivel cover.

Update 29/03/2016.
I have added a fine toothed version, the gap between the teeth is smaller but the width of the teeth has remained the same for strength.

The comb was printed with 0.1mm layers, 3 bottom solid layers, 4 top solid layers and 30% infill.
The cover was printed the same as the comb but with 20% supports.
I use simplify3d, the supports are very easy to remove
