First attempt to make a mod for my Ender 3 V3 KE, it's a Nebula Camera Bracket that fits on the X-axis Linear rail. Mount sits at a height just above nozzle to give a slight angle to see the top of the model you are printing and the infill. Camera fits in box and no need for screw on bottom but has a hole if you wanted to put one and the camera can be tilted and or swung around for different angles / view.
