A tesla valve is a one way valve with no moving parts. It works by splitting the flow of a fluid into two channels and having them loop back on each other. Unlike other models, this one is coiled so that more segments can fit in, thus giving it a greater effect. Print it out and blow through either hole to feel the difference.
