The original was full of problems, including internal faces, reversed faces, non-manifold. The list goes on and on.

My son really wanted to be able to print this, so I pulled it into Sketchup and fixed most of the problems, and sent it to Netfabb for a final fix-up.

For an 8x8 printer, rotate 45 degrees and it will fit fine. There may be some rotations that work on other printers.

I printed at 0.1mm height in PLA, using lots and lots of support.
