Designed a small bracket for my Raspberry Pi 4 with a cooling case and an SSD underneath. I screwed it on a wall somewhere.

It should fit-ish, it's not perfect but it's a fast print anyway. Fusion360 design file included.

Enjoy, but please don't ask me to fix this or that. It works for me, it's installed and i'm not revisiting the project until i need another Pi 4 bracket.
