This is a simple riser for mini holders used for painting. Sometimes when I'm painting a mini, it's hard to get up under the bottom or paint around the base if the model is in a holder. This is a 25mm base with a cylinder protruding up.

Use blue tack or some craft clue to hold your mini to the riser.
