Harbor Freight Flip Light Switch Mount. I needed these put under my shelf, instead of the Velcro it comes with I decided to make a mount for it to be secured. It has 4mm holes for small flush screws but if not, I super glued mine since it was old and had no flush screws. Feel free to remix it.
