Here is a simple wall mounted door stop with a rubber tip. Just 3D print the base, add a pre-molded 3/4 in. rubber leg tip, then attach it to the wall with a #6 or #8 screw and washer. The sample rubber tip shown is an Everbilt 3/4 in. (19mm) Rubber Leg Tip (SKU 767 825), shortened to 1/2 in. high. Base dimensions are 2-1/8 in. wide and 3/8 in. high, with a cavity 1-1/4 in. wide.
