ESP32-CAM Protective Enclosure

1. Structural Design: The enclosure adopts a multi-part, modular assembly structure that can be 3D-printed. It consists of components such as the main housing, front panel, and lens cover. The front of the housing features a pre-cut opening for the camera lens, while the exterior is engraved with the “墨凝 morning” logo. Parts are joined via snap-fit connections, making disassembly and reassembly easy and facilitating installation and maintenance of the internal circuit board. A rear-mounted tab allows the enclosure to be mounted in any desired position.

   

    

2. Protective Features: The enclosure provides physical protection for the ESP32‑CAM module, shielding it from impacts and dust. The precisely positioned lens opening avoids obstructing the camera’s field of view. Its modular design simplifies wiring, allowing access without having to disassemble the entire housing.
