I had my prints done by an online service before; their precision is higher. I haven’t printed with my own printer yet, so there might be assembly issues that would require me to perform sanding and adjustments myself.

Each piece will have some holes to identify which one it is.

Since the letters are drawn by hand, it’s best not to change the order of the letters, even if they’re the same. Maybe you can add some negative space squares to help distinguish them.
