This is an Air puck/hovercraft is used with a balloon to have fun with a low friction device. This takes only a few hours to print and needs only a balloon and a smooth surface. (I can get fifty 9" balloons for $1 at my local dollar store)

Note: Be sure to get the flared-out section inside the balloon just above the neck. This will give best results. Also, I find it easiest to attach if I blow the balloon up the twist the end a few times to help seal the air while attaching.
