One of our machinists wanted a thread gauge for a female thread but didn't want to ask for a measuring tool that costs several hundred dollars and can literally measure only one thing. He knew I had a slow week and asked if I could print one, and here's the result. 1 ½"-12 thread. I printed the final draft in ABS-GF and had to do some fiddling to get it to fit like my PLA prototype did, so it's safe to assume the print settings will only work for ABS-GF and probably only work in an enclosed printer. The flat area on the threads is for the layer seams; even scarfed seams were interfering too much.
