A gantry and a latch for your spool holder. I designed a 4 direction for the latch, which you guys can adjust any direction as you want.
After all that work, i used hot glue to attach on the shelf.
Print setting:
0.2
0.2
infill 100% for the gantry and 50% for the latch.
