Differences of the remix compared to the original
I'm not the biggest fan of IKEA stuff, but my new apartment/workshop already had an IKEA kitchen installed and I had to buy it off the previous tenants to be able to get the rental contract. So I am expanding it with a nice kitchen island using the same ENHET frame the rest of the kitchen already uses.
I felt like I got hit by a lightning strike while taking a sh.. after looking at the prices of those cheap little pieces of powder coated metal, so I decided to source literally all of it second hand and print my own legs, as I would've spent 80€ buying 10 of those things off of this illegal ass tax avoiding lumberjack company.
There are two versions, one fixed size that can be printed as a single thing without anything assembly, I used those as the preinstalled kitchen didn't really use the height-adjustability of the original feet, and a height adjustable one that's designed for a M6x36 countersunk bolt and a M6x12,7 heated insert (sourced from CNCKitchen). You gotta glue the bolt into the footy piece and insert the heatset thingy into the leg body.
I'd highly recommend to print these lying flat on the long side with supports as doing otherwise will result in a really fragile print for this use case.
