I probably won't be able to give you exact measurements, but you can see approximate ones in the photo below.

Print settings

It’s best to use a flexible material, but for this test I also tried rigid materials, and they worked just as well.

Standard print settings: 10–30% infill, 2–3 walls, no support

P.S. You'll likely see a pop-up window after importing the model into your CAD program, warning you that the model is very small. I'm not sure why that happens, but I'm sure you'll figure it out :)
