This is a simple, but not exactly practical, mechanical pencil sharpener.
Getting the blade alignment just right may take some tweaking. Other than that, remixing this with a cup to catch the debris would help.

I included the fusion 3d file as it will probably be necessary to tweak the model for the particular blade. If cuts a bit deep shimming the blade helps.
