Eargasm earplugs are fantastic! And they come with a metal canister thing, but it is bulky in my pocket, so I made a slimmer one that is quicker to grab the earplugs out and put them back in!  These slide nicely into your fifth pocket for convenient, easy access.

This uses 6 mm x 2 mm magnets and has two little printed posts to keep it in place
