Sometimes, it's not easy to immediately recognize the house number in the "village", because bushes and trees are blocking the view... Since we installed it on the fence along the "street", we've also reduced the number of "misdeliveries"... because everyone can immediately see that it's our house number. (People often see slow-moving cars... looking for the house number...) So, it's a time-saving thing for the couriers. :-) (I hope so.)
