Summary
I drew this up for a colleague/friend who couldn't find a Telegu version of the Aum/Om symbol to print.

How I Designed This
1) A image of the symbol of text was made and thickened using GIMP image filters (blur and colour curves).
2) This was converted to an STL using an online tool (ImageToStl.com).
3) A base plate was designed in FreeCAD and joined to the text.
