I lost the quick release adapter for the KISA v2 tripod.

I tried this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10506 but it didn't fit, so I made a simple one from scratch.

The standard camera screw can be directly fastened to the provided hole, since it's the exact size for that. So you can have a fixed screw on the adapter and turn the camera (or the whole adapter) instead of the screw, making it more convenient.
