Summary
The little plastic piece in the joystick to select forward and reverse on a 2020 Giant D254SW TELE machine.
There's a small spring and ball bearing that lock the forward and reverse into position. This should be printed out of ABS, PETG or PLA+. Regular PLA will not be strong enough to deal with the force.
