Design Concept

This Dryer is a simple, purpose‑built container designed to recharge desiccant using the controlled internal heat of the Creality K2 Plus printer. The model provides a stable, open‑top chamber that safely holds either loose desiccant beads or standard desiccant packs during a warm‑up cycle. By using the K2 Plus as the heat source, this design eliminates the need for a separate oven and integrates desiccant maintenance directly into a K2‑centered workflow.

Purpose

This model was created to give makers an easy, repeatable method for restoring desiccant used in dry boxes, filament storage bins, and moisture‑control systems. It is intended for users who want a compact, printer‑friendly solution that fits naturally into their existing workspace without additional equipment.

• Orientation: Print upright for best strength and stability

Assembly Instructions

• No assembly required

• Fill the container with loose desiccant beads or place desiccant packs inside

• Position the container inside the K2 Plus before starting a controlled heating cycle

• Ensure the container sits flat and does not interfere with printer movement
