2 versions included - 1 that replicates the original, and a simplified model.
Print the part led down and use a raft if you have bed adhesion issues. Will require support as the tube is slightly shorter than the arms.

The replicated version has a tube ID of 18mm, but printed slightly undersized on my printer and so the simplified version has a 18.5mm ID.

The original version has a slight flaw, which you may be able to live with -- where I swept the path of the arm, the holes are slightly toe-in which will give the pin a slight angle. I don't have the lamp to see if this is a problem. This isn't an issue on the simplified version and I'd be happy for any pointers of how I could have avoided this error!

Using 100% infill and 50mm/s the original version uses about £1 of filament and takes c.8 hours to print.
The simplified version is about 80p and 7 hours print time.

You'll need to print 2x pins for the original version. These are designed with zero clearance to enable push-fit, but you could drill the hole out and glue the back of the disk to the face of the arm if needs be.
