IMPORTANT : Use only a printer with Direct Drive Extruder.
IMPORTANT: printer settings: Profile: Fine (Layer Height & Initial Layer Height = 0.1)

Start printing with a TRANSPARENT filament.
Stay by the printer because it can go quickly.
If the printer starts at the 5th layer, then pause the printer.
Remove the transparent filament and place another color filament of your choice.
Check the extruder and remove any filament that may be coming out of the extruder, be careful, the extruder is very hot.
Resume printing.
