Summary

I printed these .4 noz, .2 layer. No support. 15% infill. I may reprint the clip at 25% infill when it loses it's spring. I just manually slowed it down 50% at the last bit of the overhang. It's a good lock itself together setup. That was intentional so that it could be one print as is.

I used a generic clip stl for this. V2 is that clip made with more depth for the visor thickness.
