This mod fixes a common issue with the Triangle Lab Tradrack kit where the included aluminum extrusion is not flat, causing poor linear rail alignment and inconsistent selector pressure.

The mod consists of two parts:

• a Rail Alignment Adapter that creates a flat mounting surface

• T-Nut Carriers that stabilize and align the T-nuts inside the extrusion

This results in improved rail alignment, smoother motion and reliable filament grip – without replacing the extrusion.

Print Settings

• Material: PETG, ASA or whatever you have

• Wall Generator: Arachne

• First Layer Height: ≤ 0.2 mm
