Mount an iPhone or Galaxy S24 to a nightstand, or any flat surface. The iPhone should fit even in a case. The Galaxy case would have to be relatively thin.

Model

The cooler part is the .scad file, which is a fully parameterized model. You can easily make an organizer up to 200x200x200 mm. The model only has 4 sides, so the flat surface is the fifth side to save filament and space. 

Make a magazine rack. Make a parts organizer. Mount it to anything flat. Your imagination is probably better than mine.

Parameters include:

• width (default = 77, range is 10 to 200)
• height (default = 75, range is 10 to 200)
• depth (default = 13, range is 10 to 200)
• thickness (default = 3, range is 2 to 10, I wouldn't go below 3)
• ears (default = 24, range is 0 to 100 This slider determines the width of the mount ears)
• charger (This checkbox determines if there is an opening at the bottom)
• screw holes (This checkbox determines if there are screw holes in the ears)
• pop socket (This checkbox determines if the half circle opening is made)
• screw hole radius (default is 2, range is 1 to 10 Screw hole size divided by 2)
• screw hole bevel (default is no, select yes if you are using flat-head screws)

Printing

Print it on the bottom (the model has to be rotated in slicing software, sorry). So the charger hole will be down.

I printed with all default settings in prusa slicer, no supports, no brim. She's happy with it…
