I have a mountain bike and a road bike. I have a great pump I purchased about 25 years ago. It is a pain to change the pump mount from one bike to the other when I switch bikes.
I created this bike pump mount and clip, to mount the pump on the second bike.
The pump clicks into place and is held very firmly. The clip is just extra insurance it does not come off on the road.
I need to get better velcro for the clip. I am using a wire tie velco strip and it is too small, and not double ended. Currently I take the velcro and twist it before putting it through the clip and it holds.

For supports I used "Tree Supports" in Cura. I printed with a brim, and the mount standing up. The print went very well and had no issues.

The clip I printed with the same material, flat. I used ironing to give it a nice finish on top. This was not necessary, but I thought it was a good application for it. The clip only took about 14 minutes to print.

After printing the clean up was nothing more than usual. There was nothing to really sand, or smooth out. I did not paint the finished product. I thought the orange color was fine and it will likely get dirty and banged up.

The design was simple. I created a drawing of the mount. Then using calipers I measured everything out. I used Blender to create the design file.
The first revision was great, but the clips for the mount were too thin. I thickened the clips and the pump fit in great.
It is not an exact duplicate of the original but I really like the way it turned out.
