Summary
Remixed from the original by creating a brand new lid that fits. When I printed out the original version it was so tight that I had to break the lid into pieces to get it off, which is why the black token holder looks beat up, so I added a 0.25mm gap on all 4 sides.
The token insert is unchanged.
