Acquire 15 ft of fishing wire and insert horizontal to the the top and bottom of the racket. super glue the handle on.

Tie a knot on the end of the string that is big enough to not fit through the holes in the racket.

String through all the horizontal holes, then pull the line down the side of the racket inside of the notch.

Then, start stringing the line horizontally through the first hole on the side of the racket where the string was pulled down from. Make sure to go under and over the horizontal lines. 

On the next column go under the string that you went over the one before and go over the string that you went under.

When done tie the end of the string to prevent from unwinding.

The final product should look like this.
