Designed for holding 3 DMT diamond stones for sharpening purposes or storage. After watching videos on plane blade sharpening, seemed like 3 blocks (coarse, med, fine) was a good setup so I made the block to keep them secure in use. Includes a lip that can be attached via M3 screws into heat set inserts to keep steady on the side of a bench, but I found that 0.5 or 0.75 inch adhesive window insulation foam stuck to the bottom works best for grip. Its pretty tight on my blocks, so depending on manufacturing tolerances it may be a little loose or too tight, but just scaling up or down will likely give a good fit.
