I printed in Grey PLA, didn't need supports. If you used a USB drive with a metal shroud on it, you might not require the small hollow box section, I needed it to provide some pressure against the PCB so the drive would stay connected. I used a Sandisk with a flimsy housing which I removed. You might need to hold the stick PCB inside the casing with some double sided tape, I added a few bits, although you might not, if your USB is thicker.
