This slides directly over the Macbook Pro camera for insurance when on video calls. I use MS Teams for work, and sometimes it defaults to my built-in Macbook camera (I prefer an external camera). Other designs online weren't for my model - this was specifically designed for the Apple M1 Pro 14". It will likely work for other models.

I made the textured/front-facing side thinner so you can shut your Macbook without worrying about screen damage. I've also uploaded a version without the texture if you're worried about the extra thickness. It slides back and forth without touching the screen.
