Model as is has a snug fit between the two parts that will not fall apart when thrown in a bag.
If you'd rather leave this on a desk instead throw it in a bag, a light sanding or slightly oversizing the top shell when printing should help with that connection.

A dummy cartridge is also included for a snug fit if you have close to, but not quite, 30 games.
