I've designed these hinges for my 3D printer furniture/enclosure where I store my prusa, filaments, tools and a lot of mess. My furniture is made of OSB 15mm and after 2 years hinges are OK.

This hinge can open about 190 degrees.

Printed in PLA (prusament galaxy black), 30% infill with 0.4 and 0.6 nozzles.
