Quest Pro Facial Interface

Non destructive, do not have to modify the quest pro in any way

Has holes for earplugs, space for power and volume buttons. Attached via magnets originally designed for side light blocker. Works with facial and eye tracking.
Partially works as a light blocker, but still bleeds some light through the cheek/nose area. ould glue some foam or something to make it fully block light.
I use a comfort strap with this aswell, not totally necesarry but makes it more comfortable.

Originally designed cause I found any solution for the quest pro really uncomfortable. This still isnt perfect, but much better.

For those having issue with scaling, the Printed dimensions should be 179mm x 87.3mm x 132mm.

• Any sort of Quest 2 facial interface foam with velcro backing, linked is what i bought, but im sure theres cheaper options out there. Could go aliexpress aswell

• Any sort of piece of foam for the forehead pad part. I used a piece from my globecluster quest pro kit, my quest 2 bobovr forehead pad also works. If you dont have anything of these, what ive linked should work.

Build Guide

1. Remove old forehead facial pad, just pull it off, it unclicks

2. Glue on the magnets
   make sure you glue it on the correct side, there is a south and north side of the magnet, view the attached photos to see what side to glue. Or just put the magnet on the quest pro to see which side you need

3. Stick on the velcro, doesnt have to look nice at all. Either use the plastic glue or use a strong outdoor self adhesive velcro strip.

4. Attach the facial interface pad and the forehead pad, test the fitment.

5. If the nose part of the facial interface touches your nose, you can sand it down a fair bit. Thats what I did, can just use some like 40 grit sandpaper or whatever and keep test fitting it no longer touches your nose.

Blender file attached for modifying, do whatever you want. I dont care for credit or anything, just figured id upload this since i made it for myself. Might help someone else.
