The front of these coins is inscribed with one of the elvish numerals for 1, 3, and 5. The numerals come from a elvish script called Tengwar. Tengwar was created by J. R. R. Tolkien for his "Lord of the Rings" book series. The coins values are 1, 3, and 5 because these denominations are commonly used by board games.

The back of each coin is inscribed with a Leaf of Lórien. I wanted to add more Elvish writing to the coins, but they did not print well with the added details. So I kept things simple.
