This requires a multi-material printer. Please refer to the attached gcode and PrusaSlicer 3mf project file to learn how to print the checkerboard pattern.
Mini chess is a chess variant invented by Martin Gardner in 1969. It uses a small 5x5 chessboard and has a reduced number of pieces. Several different starting positions can be used.

The rules of chess apply, but there are the following differences:
The soldier doesn't have the option of moving in two steps.
There is no castling.

The chess pieces and chessboard are designed to be used with 6x3 mm magnets. It comes with a storage tray with a magnetic clasp.
The dimensions of the chessboard are:
5.8 inches x 5.8 inches x 1.2 inches
If you only need the chessboard and don't need the storage function, please print "Minichess board.stl". Otherwise, please print the other files. The top and bottom need to be glued together.
