This is a simple rebuild of the VESA mount plate with about a 10 MM offset since my Philips monitor has the mount holes in a different spot relative to the center of the monitor.  I still haven't printed the bezel mount so this may not be perfectly aligned for this monitor.  But by eye, it seems to be fairly centered in the opening.
