Below, I’ll explain a few non-technical details to help you 3D print this little trophy in the best way possible!

The model has the wrong size for the included stand. The stand can hold discs with a diameter of 150 mm and a thickness of 5 mm. The thickness of the FreeTechnoTrophy 3D model is already correct, so in your slicer you just need to resize the width and height of the model to 150 mm.
